Job descriptionEstablished practice (currently covered by a temp provider) Operatories : 5 Team : 1 dentist, 2 hygienists, 2 assistants, 1 practice manager Payer mix : Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (only) Mon Wed : 8 : 00a 5 : 00p Thu : 8 : 00a 4 : 30p Fri : 8 : 00a 2 : 00p Consistent Monday Friday workweek; no nights or weekends. W-2 employed position with employer-sponsored benefits Collections model : % of gross collections (tiered; > Daily guarantee : $1,000 / day; paid the greater of guarantee or earned collections Medical, dental, and vision insurance IRA retirement with 3% employer match Experienced General Dentist (no new grads) Patient-first mindset with strong restorative skills and efficient chairside flow (bread & butter focus)

What you ll do
- Provide comprehensive bread & butter general dentistry to a steady daily schedule (avg. patients / day).
- Care for a union employee population at an on-site clinic, emphasizing convenience, quality, and continuity.
- Practice in a 5-op setting supported by a seasoned team for efficient, patient-centered care.
