Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent

Our client, a leading commercial general contractor, is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee tenant improvement (TI) and renovation projects across Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Bernardino . The ideal candidate is a hands-on construction leader with proven experience managing complex commercial interiors and ensuring quality, schedule, and safety on every jobsite.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily field operations for commercial TI and renovation projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections to ensure timely completion.
• Enforce safety, quality, and site cleanliness standards.
• Work closely with project managers, clients, and architects to resolve field issues.
• Review drawings, schedules, and specifications to manage project progress.
• Provide regular reporting on site activities and maintain accurate documentation.
