    The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product to lead the growth and success of its deposit and lending product portfolio. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving innovation and growth in new products and capabilities, particularly within a regulated environment. This role requires the development of a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with the company's growth, industry trends, and evolving consumer needs. The Vice President will be responsible for end-to-end product strategy and execution, leading product lines, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of results. Essential functions include defining and executing a comprehensive product vision, overseeing market landscape, consumer insights, and pricing analytics, and leading a team to manage the launch and maturation of new products. Applicants for the Vice President of Product position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the financial services industry. A strong background in scaling card products, direct-to-consumer platforms, marketplaces, or e-commerce experiences in a high-growth environment is essential. The role demands the ability to combine data, research, and market signals to drive product innovation, as well as deep knowledge of segmentation, product strategies, analytics, and business planning. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and a proven ability to build and lead high-performing product teams.
