Salary : $68,640 + Commission

Summary

The Laboratory Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling toxicology laboratory testing services to healthcare providers, medical clinics, pain management facilities, addiction treatment centers, and other relevant organizations. This role combines technical knowledge of toxicology testing with strong sales and relationship-building skills to deliver customized solutions to clients while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Revenue Generation

Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including physicians, hospitals, and clinics requiring toxicology testing services.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Stay updated on toxicology testing methodologies, industry regulations, and emerging trends in substance abuse testing.

Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the laboratorys toxicology testing capabilities.

Ensure all sales activities comply with healthcare and laboratory industry regulations, including HIPAA and CLIA standards.

Qualifications

Business Administration, or a related field is a plus but not required.

Proven track record in sales, preferably in laboratory testing, toxicology, or the healthcare sector.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
