Job Title : Systems Analyst (Data Mapping & Integrity Analyst) Location : Nashville, TN 37243 (On-site; potential remote after training) Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM CST | 7.5 hours / day Estimated Duration : 12 / 15 / 2025 – 03 / 31 / 2028 Job Overview Client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Mapping & Integrity Analyst to support the comprehensive mapping, documentation, and integrity analysis of data fields within the LARS (Licensure and Regulation System) application. This role ensures accurate, consistent, and reliable data across multiple outputs such as extracts, correspondence, certificates, and API data feeds. The analyst will work under general supervision to maintain the LARS system and the external help desk system (Zendesk). Responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, processing change requests, and managing a wide range of support tickets, including reporting needs, data pulls, and system administration tasks. Key Responsibilities Field Identification & Documentation Identify and document all data fields used within the LARS application. Analyze how fields are used across various deliverables (extracts, certificates, correspondence, API feeds). Data Mapping Develop a comprehensive field map including data types, relationships, rules, dependencies, and usage guidelines. Data Integrity & Quality Assessment Conduct assessments to ensure consistency, reliability, and adherence to best practices. Identify discrepancies and propose corrective solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with HRB members, OGC / OIV staff, Pharmacy staff, EMS staff, and other end-users. Gather field usage insights and address existing data-related issues. Documentation & Reporting Prepare detailed technical documentation, including mapping reports and data integrity guidelines. Maintain documentation to support system updates, data changes, and long-term accuracy. System Support & Maintenance Support LARS and Zendesk operations, including resolving issues and implementing requested changes. Manage tickets involving reporting, data extraction, system configuration, and user support. Project Coordination Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables. Ensure alignment with overall project objectives and department standards.
