• Communication :  Effectively communicate with guests and team members to coordinate service and address any needs or concerns.
• Attention to Detail :  Set up and serve banquet functions according to hotel standards, ensuring all details are attended to.
• Time Management :  Manage time efficiently to ensure prompt and efficient service during events, from setup to breakdown.
• Problem-Solving :  Address guest complaints and issues calmly, referring them to management when necessary.
