Customer Claims Legal Assistant

Location Irvine, CA 92618 | Onsite

ROLE IMPACT

Be part of a dynamic Customer Service Operations team focused on supporting civil legal claims under California Lemon Law. This associate ensures legal case files are accurate, compliant, and submission-ready, serving as a critical link between customer documentation, internal systems, and legal review. Success hinges on precision, cross-functional coordination, and understanding of legal workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and organize civil legal documents tied to customer vehicle claims
  • Draft and distribute acknowledgment letters; route cases to regional legal teams
  • Manage repair and dealer records through Salesforce and GEP platforms
  • Finalize and submit case files to legal and corporate for evaluation
  • Communicate with dealership contacts, field teams, and internal units to expedite case resolution

    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in legal administrative support or paralegal settings
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive or confidential data responsibly

    • CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

  • Salesforce
  • Guest Experience Platform (GEP)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Legal or enterprise content management systems

    • PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Understanding of California Lemon Law protocols
  • Experience in automotive customer service or contact centers
  • Familiarity with OEM or dealership case management processes
