• Willing to wait for license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• NRP and PALS required
• 0 - 2 deliveries per day, 20 patients per day in clinic, 0 - 3 admissions and discharges per day
• Nursery level I, attend high risk deliveries & C-section, lumbar puncture
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
