Job description

Achieve the sales target for assigned territory / region.

  • Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Develops and manages sales / marketing operating budgets.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
  • Contribute towards the achievement of companys strategic and operational objectives.
  • Timely collection of outstanding payment from all vendors
  • Make sure that no payment is outstanding for more than 30 / 60 / 90 days.
  • Communicates any changes in the order or delivery date to relevant parties.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Achieves satisfactory market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
  • Monitors competitor products, sales activities.
  • Any other job that has been assigned from time to time.
  • Qualifications :

    Bachelors / Masters in Business Administration

    Prior experience in FMCG Sales is preferred.

    Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Strong analytical abilities with a focus on strategic planning and problem-solving.

    Pay : $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
