A company is looking for a Pharmacy Specialist to manage pharmacy benefit plans and support internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate pharmacy benefit design with internal teams and pharmacy benefit manager (PBM)
Ensure accurate and timely pharmacy benefit administration and testing of new or edited benefits
Research and resolve complex pharmacy benefit issues and support internal team inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
One (1) year of experience in Pharmacy or Managed Care with pharmacy benefit administration
Ability to meet attendance and timeliness requirements
Capability to work well in a team environment and build positive relationships
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
