Job Summary / Objective : Manages and maintains our Atlassian suite of products, including Jira, Confluence, JSM and Bitbucket. Ensures that these tools are configured to meet the needs of our teams and that they are running smoothly. Takes responsibility for user management, automation, permissions, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities & Duties (essential to the job)
Education
A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience directly related to the key responsibilities of the role will be considered as a substitute for the degree.
Experience, Skills And Key Competencies
At least 3 years of proven experience as an Atlassian Administrator or in a similar role. Must also be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities :
