About the Role :
The Part-Time Program Staff member will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of community-based programs in Bennington. This position focuses on delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of diverse populations, ensuring program goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. The role requires collaboration with team members, community partners, and participants to foster a positive and inclusive environment. The successful candidate will contribute to continuous program improvement by providing feedback and assisting with data collection and reporting.
