Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Prom Lead for our Virginia Beach, VA location. The Prom Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations specific to our prom section, including managing inventory, assisting clients with dress selections, coordinating fittings, and ensuring a high level of customer service. This role requires working closely with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management, client relations, and customer service
• Strong organizational skills, inventory management, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with designer prom wear and formal clothing is a plus
• Prior experience in the fashion industry is beneficial
• Minimum of a year in retail
