Responsibilities :
As the Marketing & Engagement Associate Manager, you will support the Marketing Director in executing and enhancing the companys brand strategy across multiple channels. Key responsibilities include :
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage company social media platforms, creating and scheduling 34 posts per week, engaging with followers, and identifying new opportunities to grow reach (experience with Hootsuite preferred).
- Plan, launch, and report on digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, content, and social channels, using Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure success.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment & Retention Specialist to promote open positions through social media and other platforms.
Branding & Communications
Support development of brand materials and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with company standards.Oversee creation and distribution of weekly internal HubSpot newsletters and contribute to quarterly customer-facing newsletters in both digital and print formats.Manage company signage needs (offices, vehicles, job sites) and assist with preparing firm profile books and presentation materials for proposals.Website & Technology
Manage and update company websites (Wix and WordPress), ensuring functionality, accuracy, and fresh content.Partner on website development and enhancements, including forms, integrations, and user experience improvements.Maintain accurate company contact lists, including annual data cleanup.Events & Community Engagement
Coordinate tradeshows, job fairs, and industry / community events (e.g., CCYP, RCCD, HBRACC), representing the company and strengthening brand presence.Partner with the events team to plan and execute company events, with a focus on logistics, employee engagement, and positive outcomes.Manage project photography and videography, including coordinating drone shoots, and collaborating with project managers to capture marketing content.Represent the company at industry and community events, positioning the business as an industry leader. These may be off-hours events.General Marketing Support
Partner with the Property Management team to lead the annual Home Watch contract renewal process, including form creation and editing (WordPress), vendor coordination, results reporting, and development and distribution of customer communications.Oversee company clothing orders and distribution.Provide support for special projects and initiatives assigned by the Marketing Director.Requirements :
Required Skills & Experience
Proven expertise in social media management and content creation.Proficiency with Google Ads and Google Analytics for campaign management and reporting.Strong event planning and coordination experience.Hands-on website management experience (Wix, WordPress or similar).Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred but not required).Preferred Skills
Graphic design ability (Canva or similar tools).Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.Experience managing marketing collateral production.Strong writing and editing skills for newsletters and marketing content.Personal Attributes
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.Comfortable representing the company at community and industry events.Physical Requirements :
This is largely a sitting role, however, some standing and movement is required. Walking, and inspecting jobsites as needed. This includes the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend / stand, as necessary.Hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM, which includes a lunch break. There may be some off-hour events as well.
