In this role, you will perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks for our clients, ensuring their properties are well-maintained and functional.

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for handling both small repairs and larger maintenance projects, contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for residents and clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general household systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repairs, and flooring work.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients or property managers.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and supplies used.
• Assist with project management tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
