Key Responsibilities
Perform timely and accurate order validation to meet customer-specific service expectations
Manage order modifications and respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and product information
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve customer-related issues and maintain service standards
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a service-oriented industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage a high volume of work while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
