Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Abilene, Texas.

40 hours per week
Shift : 10 hours, days
Employment Type : Travel

Shift : Monday – Thursday, 2 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM (with call 12 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 AM)

Call : Shared between 2 RNs each night (may include triage calls or visits)

Patient Population

Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics

High-acuity hospice and end-of-life care patients

Hospice referrals and admissions

Requirements

License : Active RN

Experience : Minimum 2 years in hospice or homecare service line

Certifications : BLS required

Skills : Pain management, clinical documentation, patient / family education, end-of-life care, use of hospice pain scales

Charting System : Altera preferred but not required

Local Radius : RN / LVN – 150 miles (Local candidates not accepted)

Additional Information

Flu Vaccine : Required (Medical / Religious exemptions allowed)

COVID-19 Vaccine : Not required
