Parts Shipping Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Shipper to join our RV parts and service team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping RV parts to support our service department and customers. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship RV parts accurately and efficiently
• Verify parts, quantities, and shipping documentation
• Prepare shipments using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and freight services
• Receive incoming parts and stock inventory appropriately
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping/warehouse area
• Work closely with the parts and service departments to meet deadlines
• Use inventory management or dealer management systems (training provided)
• Follow safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, warehouse, or parts experience preferred
• RV, automotive, or marine parts experience is a plus
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license (if required for occasional deliveries)
• Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
