Landscape Laborer

WeatherTech Direct, LLC is seeking well-qualified Landscape Laborer to perform a variety of landscape and snow removal tasks.

As a Landscape Laborer you will

  • Operate mowing equipment and a variety of hand and power tools for landscape projects
  • Operate a plow truck and / or snow removal equipment
  • Prepare and maintain a clean work site by removing waste materials, rubble, and debris
  • Occasionally climb ladders or use boom / scissor lifts to reach high areas
  • Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed
  • Regularly work near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, with exposure to dust, pollen, and asphalt and concrete
  • Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    • Qualifications

  • 1+ years of landscape experience
  • Experience operating industrial lawn mowers and snow removal equipment
  • Knowledge of outside irrigation systems preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years of age with valid drivers license
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Have the ability to stand for a long duration of time and work at a fast pace
  • Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required
  • Authorized to work in the United States
