We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and general facility systems. The ideal candidate brings a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for minimizing downtime while supporting a safe, efficient production environment.

Requirements :

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment using our eMaint system.
• Dismantle, inspect, repair, and reassemble machinery with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and basic electrical systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized Maintenance Shop; ensure tools are calibrated and stored correctly.
• Collaborate with the Tool Room / Maintenance Manager to resolve technical issues and drive improvements.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and report low stock levels.
• Assist with training new maintenance team members and machine operators.
• Follow all OSHA safety rules, wear PPE, and practice lockout / tagout procedures.
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance logs in eMaint.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment.
• Keep work areas clean and organized in line with 5S / housekeeping standards.
• Support other departments with maintenance needs as necessary.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
• Willingness to work overtime or alternate shifts when needed.
