About Us

At Eager Enrichment , we have been inspiring young minds since 2008 through high-quality, hands-on after-school programs. Our Eager Engineers curriculum brings STEM concepts to life for thousands of elementary students through engaging building projects using LEGO®, K'NEX®, and other creative materials.

As our programs continue to expand, we are seeking dedicated instructors to lead after-school STEM classes. In this role, you will guide groups of up to 20 elementary students through an hour of structured, interactive learning that fosters creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving.

If you're passionate about both Legos, STEM, and working with children, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Pay is $35 per class.

Responsibilities :

• Teaching : Lead engaging STEM classes for elementary students (Grades 1-5) in various local elementary schools. You'll use Eager Enrichment's "no-fail" teaching approach, helping students understand that making mistakes is part of the learning process.
• Classroom Management : Create a positive and well-organized learning environment for up to 20 students. Promote respectful behavior and guide students through structured, supportive lessons.
• Communication : Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Accurately track attendance and feel confident using apps for scheduling and parent / staff communication.
