Full Time position available, must be able to work rotating weekends and holidays

Job Summary :

Provide assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by supervision. Ensure compliance and policies / standards are upheld.

Some Responsibilities and Duties as an Personal Wellness / Home Health Aide :

Assist with transferring residents, as necessary. Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning and transferring into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, according to care plan and / or standards.
