We are looking for a full-time Payroll Specialist that not only wants to have a job but to have a long term career. Position entails processing multi-state weekly, bi-weekly, bonus and commission payrolls. Pay rate starts at $25.00 - $33.00 / hr .

Responsibilities include :

In-house payroll processing
Calculating and reporting payroll taxes
Certified payroll reports
W2 processing
Ad hoc reporting
Information requests

Experience required :

2 years of experience in processing in house, full cycle payroll.

Construction industry experience a plus.

Computer Skills :

Type and 10 key by touch required.

Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Familiarity with payroll software systems, especially with J.D. Edwards / Oracle preferred.

Prior experience with report writers helpful.

Must be able to pass a background check including credit check and drug screen.
