Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care, including pre- and post-operative support.
• Administer and monitor treatments, medications, and symptom management.
• Assess, document, and communicate changes in patient condition.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and self-care.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely charting in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Offer emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families.
