Job descriptionDiagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment Perform repairs and scheduled maintenance services across various systems including brakes, suspension, electrical, engine, and HVAC Conduct vehicle inspections using both paper and digital forms Assist with customer service and sales, offering expert recommendations Mentor junior technicians through repair processes Maintain shop cleanliness and equipment Perform tire installations and repairs Receive and stock inventory 5+ years of automotive repair experience across multiple systems ASE certifications (or ability to obtain within 12 months) or dealer equivalent Valid Driver's License Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays Strong physical capability for heavy lifting and manual labor
