Healthcare Professional Job Opportunity

Job Overview

This role involves collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care through direct involvement in patient visits, education, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing patient education and conducting follow-up phone calls
  • Assisting providers during patient appointments on designated locations
  • Coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient / family education, and transitions of care

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential qualifications include :

  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current RN license or equivalent; Arizona and Florida require Basic Life Support (BLS) competency
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to unpredictable situations
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Prior experience in Women's Health and Ambulatory Care
  • Minimum of one year of RN experience
  • Proficiency in computer systems and electronic medical records
