Responsibilities

• Content & Strategy : Develop, plan, and execute a social media content calendar for our social platforms, focusing on Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and LinkedIn. This includes sourcing or creating visual content and copywriting to support our brands’ pillars and drive community engagement.
• Brand Voice & Messaging : Maintain consistency in the brand's voice and messaging across all platforms, ensuring alignment with the brands’ core values driving authenticity, integrity and quality.
• Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns. Provide regular reports to the marketing team with insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborations & Influencer Partnerships : Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with influencers, creators and likeminded brands to amplify reach and relevancy across our social channels.
• Community Engagement : Manage responses to customer inquiries, potential sales leads, monitor and engage with our followers, and cultivate a community around the brand.
• Trend Monitoring : Stay current on social media trends and best practices to ensure Perricone Farms and Natalie’s are leaders in premium juice.
