The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership in all areas of regional sales. Individual coordinates and facilitates activities relating to sales in all areas of Jonti-Craft products. This includes defining and analyzing current and emerging markets, setting sales goals, generating and following up on existing accounts and working on prospective sales. It also includes providing education for customers and coordinating multiple sales functions relating to but not limited to all North American or territorial sales. This is a highly visible and complex role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail and quality. The position requires the ability to work effectively within a highly technical, diverse and competitive marketplace. Up to 50% travel required. Balance of work will take place in a home office.

Qualifications
Experience selling furniture into the early education market.
Based near major airport hub in Texas (Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio) or Chicago.
3 years' previous industry experience required with out-of-state travel preferred.
Ability to travel up to 50%. Position requires flexible hours including evenings and some weekends.
Proficiency with CRM systems, Dynamics 365 a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Requires strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and drive processes with numerous interdependencies.
Excellent knowledge of the full suite of Microsoft products such as but not limited to, Outlook express, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Fluent in English.
A valid passport and ability to enter the U.S. is required.
Ability to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language for safety purposes in an understandable manner.
