A company is looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Reinforces cultural alignment within HR initiatives including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
Partners with leaders to develop strategies for employee assessments and performance management
Evaluates employee turnover and assists management in recognizing trends and addressing issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
8 years of HRBP or Generalist experience in a multi-state, global workforce
Appropriate HR Certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of employee relations and regulations
Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
