You will design recruiting strategy, mentor future stars, and help scale a high-performance culture—without corporate red tape. It is entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and highly rewarding—both professionally and financially.

Must have 7+ years recruiting people in staffing as well as training them. Strong sales acumen to work with new hires on techniques.
