Implement scalable workflows to manage 200-300 active creators while ensuring compliance and brand safety

Required Qualifications

Strategic and analytical mindset with experience in performance marketing KPIs

Proven ability to scale programs and manage compliance and contracts

Skilled in negotiation and managing deals with creators and agencies

Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, and affiliate networks

Established network of creator and agency relationships
