Senior Director, Strategic Marketing

As Anterix continues to evolve, the Senior Director of Strategic Marketing will play a central role in shaping how we communicate and deliver that expanding value, bridging our heritage in spectrum with a future built on connectivity, intelligence, and innovation.

The Senior Director of Strategic Marketing will drive the marketing strategy that unifies brand, digital, and customer engagement into a single growth engine for Anterix. This senior leader will operate at the corporate level, defining, integrating, and governing how marketing drives business growth, brand equity, and market influence across all audiences, industries, and partners.

This leader will integrate corporate brand, performance marketing, and digital experience into a cohesive strategy that amplifies Anterix's market presence, accelerates growth, and deepens engagement across audiences. They will move beyond campaign execution to set the direction for brand positioning, demand generation, and customer experience, ensuring all programs align with Anterix's evolution into a platform and solutions-based enterprise serving the broader critical infrastructure landscape.

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role serves as a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team, responsible for how Anterix shows up in the marketdriving visibility, credibility, and connection as we expand into new business models and value streams that build on our foundational spectrum leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the company's end-to-end marketing strategy, establishing the enterprise roadmap that integrates brand, digital, and performance initiatives into one cohesive, measurable system of growth.
  • Lead Anterix's digital transformation, including modernization of web, social, content, and analytics ecosystems to enable smarter engagement, automation, and conversion tracking at scale.
  • Oversee and mentor internal and external marketing teams, agencies, and partners to ensure alignment to strategic priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success leadership to align marketing strategy with business and customer objectives, ensuring readiness to support new solution offerings and integrated customer value propositions.

Performance Marketing & Market Intelligence

  • Establish a data-driven performance marketing framework that sets enterprise standards for lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and ROI accountability across all customer segments.
  • Build and continuously refine audience segmentation and positioning strategies across key verticals.
  • Implement marketing automation, analytics, and attribution models that serve as the backbone for performance measurement across digital, content, and partner channels.
  • Customer Experience & Engagement

  • Design and oversee an enterprise-level customer journey strategy, ensuring every digital and human touchpoint reinforces the Anterix value proposition and drives lifetime engagement.
  • Partner with Customer Success to develop programs that strengthen relationships, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Leverage data and insights to personalize engagement and drive long-term satisfaction across the entire customer lifecyclefrom initial adoption through expansion into new services and capabilities.
  • Corporate Brand & Market Leadership

  • Serve as the steward and evolution leader of the Anterix brand, ensuring the corporate identity, positioning, and storytelling align with strategic growth priorities and investor expectations.
  • Drive integrated brand and thought leadership campaigns that elevate Anterix's visibility across the energy, technology, and communications sectors.
  • Direct content strategy, creative direction, and executive communications to reinforce Anterix's leadership in digital connectivity, critical infrastructure modernization, and emerging utility innovations.
  • Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years leading enterprise-level strategy within a Fortune 500 company.
  • Deep expertise in integrated brand strategy, digital transformation, and performance marketing analytics.
  • Proven success leading enterprise marketing programs that deliver measurable business impact and executive-level visibility.
  • Track record of managing cross-functional teams, external agencies, and large-scale marketing investments tied to growth outcomes.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, storytelling, and leadership skills.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in complex / matrixed, fast-moving organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
