Position Overview

We are hiring a Special Education Teacher / Intervention Specialist for schools in the Columbus area. You will be responsible for creating engaging, differentiated instruction that supports the academic and social-emotional success of students with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Write, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to individual student goals.
• Provide direct instruction in small groups and one-on-one settings.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related staff to ensure inclusion.
• Track student progress and communicate results with families.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Establish a classroom environment that promotes safety, respect, and learning.
