Join our Registered Nurse Clinic team. In the role of Clinic RN you will :

• Have the knowledge of community health concepts, principles of ambulatory clinical nursing care, case management and care coordination.
• Assume responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating and collaborating with the healthcare team and the patient / family.
• Utilizes best practice to maximize patient engagement and patient self-management efforts.
• Promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission and core values.

Schedule : Potential for eight or ten hour shifts. Hours will depend on if the RN works eight or ten hour days.

Location : 3027 N. Circle Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80909.

Qualifications

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following :

Physical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and / or up to 20lbs frequently, and / or up to 10lbs constantly)
