Our client is a reputable General Contractor in the Greater Kansas City area. Founded 20+ years ago, they specialize in the federal / government, healthcare, and commercial spaces. Due to growth in the pipeline, they are looking to bring on an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join the team. This individual will be essential to their work / projects and long-term growth of the organization!
Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and oversee healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project goals. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and healthcare construction standards. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders. Lead project teams, providing direction and support to achieve objectives. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes effectively.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager : Healthcare Construction should have : a strong background in healthcare construction management, including knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide diverse project teams effectively. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders. Experience with project management tools and software.
