What You’ll Be Doing :

• Serve as the primary liaison for an assigned customer, ensuring an exceptional experience through proactive, responsive communication.
• Provide daily order confirmations, shipping updates, and manage order-related inquiries.
• Resolve discrepancies, returns, or missing documentation while maintaining professionalism and customer trust.
• Troubleshoot complex issues with speed and accuracy, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver effective solutions.
• Identify trends, recurring issues, or inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

Salary - $60,400 – $73,300 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
