Are you a skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operator ready to join a team that values efficiency, teamwork, and reliability ? DIHO Consulting is now hiring experienced operators to support our clients warehouse operations in Northeast Louisiana . You'll play an essential role in daily operations , moving materials that people need and use every day.

What You'll Do in This Role :

As a Forklift Operator, you'll be responsible for receiving, moving, stocking, and staging materials throughout the warehouse, as well as loading and unloading shipments and assisting with inventory accuracy . Equipment may include sit-down, stand-up, clamp forklifts , and / or electric pallet jacks .

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (up to 70% of the shift ).
• Pull, prepare, and stage product for shipment, ensuring proper count and labeling.
• Perform daily pre-shift inspections and document findings.
• Change forklift batteries or LP tanks; monitor power source usage.
• Keep the facility and work area clean, safe, and organized .
• Comply with all OSHA and company safety standards .
• Verify load accuracy, check for damage or miscounts, and report discrepancies.
• Assist in physical inventories and routine warehouse upkeep.
• Perform additional duties as needed or assigned by the supervisor.
