Position Highlights

• Department : Middlesex Health Primary Care (MHPC) Office in Essex, Connecticut
• Hours : 40 hours per week - with 36 patient contact hours, weekdays only
• Role : 100% office-based outpatient primary care - all ages
• Call Schedule : Established call group of physicians and APP's - Averages 3 weeks per year
• Academic Opportunities : Ample academic opportunities to precept medical students and residents
• EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
• A collegial environment with access to expert medical specialists, excellent support staff inclusive of Nursing, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Specialists

Position Summary

Middlesex Health Primary Care is seeking a full-time board-certified / board-eligible Physician for an established, multi-provider, primary care practice in Cromwell, CT. The incoming physician will step into a well-established panel of patients and partner with providers that have deep roots in the Middlesex area, many having practiced here for over 20 years.
