Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative
MedCore Solutions, the healthcare division of BizForce, is looking for a dedicated Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This position requires proficiency in both Spanish and English to effectively support patients and healthcare providers.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional patient service and addressing inquiries.
- Assist patients with scheduling, prior authorization, insurance verification and explaining medical procedures in both Spanish and English.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient experience.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits to help patients understand coverage options.
- Resolve complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
- Document interactions and update patient records in the system accurately.
