A company is looking for an Equity Compensation Analyst I to manage equity administration operations for its global workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and Benefits teams to process stock vesting events and manage employee inquiries
Assist in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures and maintain educational materials related to equity administration
Support various equity-related events and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in equity administration, finance, or HR, preferably in a private company setting
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources
Working knowledge of equity administration processes and various types of equity awards
General knowledge of Compensation Programs and Incentive Plans
Experience with global equity administration is a plus
