Production Supervisor Top Load Washer

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift Top Load Washer production team in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong focus on safety, team development, and continuous improvement . As a first-line leader, you will coach and mentor your team to achieve production goals, ensure quality standards, and maintain a culture of engagement and accountability.

This position is based in Ripon, WI, and operates on 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday from 3 : 00 pm to 1 : 00 am , with occasional Friday overtime from 1 : 00 pm to 9 : 00 pm.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead safety initiatives and promote a culture of awareness and compliance
• Coach, mentor, and develop production team members to improve skills and productivity
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices, including process optimization and waste reduction
• Support team members in meeting production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Ensure proper training in equipment operation, safety, quality, and 5S practices
• Collaborate with technical staff for equipment support and process troubleshooting
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations and coordinate with Union Stewards as needed
• Establish annual goals and metrics for production and safety performance
• Monitor and maintain production schedules, rates, and standards
• Promote a respectful, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment
