Essential Functions
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree / equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years of LTL selling experience , or two (2) years sales management experience.
Knowledge, skills and abilities considered a plus : LTL leadership experience considered a plus.
Preferred Qualifications : Proven leadership building, scaling & leading high-performing sales teams from the ground up, Less-than-Truckload (LTL) operations & sales experience, managed through change & delivered results in dynamic environments. Logistics background a plus! FedEx Employees under Jill Brannon's org. Time in Position is waived.
Pay Transparency :
Pay : $99,940 - $192,280
Additional Details : This is a face to face sales role. Hybrid work schedule. The preferred location is Salt Lake City, UT or Boise, ID. Other locations within a 50 mile radius may be considered. Relocation may be available based on business needs.
