At Rankings.io, we specialize in helping elite law firms dominate first-page search rankings. To elevate our Design team and maximize the impact of creative execution, we’re hiring a Creative Specialist who can create visually compelling, conversion-focused designs across web, social, ads and landing pages.
This is a cross-functional role that focuses on high-performing visuals—website layouts, motion graphics, social media design, and video edits—that drive engagement and measurable results. You’ll work closely with our design, SEO, paid, and social teams to ensure every asset drives visibility, trust, and measurable action for our clients.
Responsibilities
Design & Editing
- Website & Landing Page Design : Create visually engaging, user-friendly designs that align with best practices for conversion and engagement.
- Graphic Design : Develop on-brand visuals, ad creatives, infographics, and social media graphics that capture attention and reinforce client authority.
- Motion Graphics : Design and animate branded assets, video intros / outros, and transitions using After Effects or equivalent tools.
- Video Editing : Edit raw footage into polished short-form video content optimized for web and social media using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Brand Integration : Understand the client’s brand and integrate it seamlessly and creatively into visuals.
- HTML5 Ad Design : Create interactive ads featuring animations, text, and imagery using Google Web Designer, Adobe Animate, or equivalent software.
- Photography & Image Editing : Capture, edit, and optimize imagery to complement video and digital content when needed.
Optimization & Efficiency
Leverage AI tools and workflows to increase creative efficiency while maintaining quality.Maintain and refine reusable design frameworks and templates for scalability and consistency.Continuously identify areas needing improvement and iterate on creative assets to increase engagement and conversion performance.Collaboration & Strategy
Partner with the SEO, Paid, and Social teams to ensure all visuals align with campaign goals and performance insights using conversion-focused creative assets.Collaborate with designers, marketers, account and project managers to create cohesive, conversion-driven digital experiences.Assist in quarterly creative syncs to align messaging strategy across Rankings’ service lines.Quality & Optimization
Maintain and contribute to elevating a high standard of design excellence that reflects Rankings’ reputation for professionalism and authority.Contribute to optimizing custom and templated designs.Stay current with design trends, UX / UI best practices, and emerging creative technologies to continually push visual innovation.Requirements
4+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or web design (agency experience preferred).Proven ability to create conversion-optimized designs for digital platforms.Experience designing for websites, landing pages, paid ads, and social media.Strong understanding of CRO, UX / UI, and visual hierarchy for websites, landing pages and social ads.Experience producing short-form video and motion graphics for social platforms.Experience editing videos, images and existing designs across all media.Familiarity with AI-based design tools and a willingness to explore automation for efficiency.Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working in remote, cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
