Entry Level Sales Representative / Salary And Uncapped Commission

What You'll Do :

Walk door-to-door in residential neighborhoods to introduce our waste and recycling services

Talk with homeowners and small businesses to understand their needs and offer solutions

Share pricing and service benefits in a clear, friendly way

Build relationships and handle questions or concerns with confidence

Track your progress using simple CRM tools

Work toward weekly and monthly goals with support from your team

Represent Waste Connections with professionalism and enthusiasm

Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For :

A positive attitude and strong communication skills

Motivation to learn and grow in a sales career

Ability to work independently and stay organized

Comfortable being outdoors and walking for extended periods

High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus, but not required)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required-we'll train you!
