This well-established, family-owned hearing healthcare practice is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team in the Marion, IL area.

With multiple locations and a new pediatric program on the horizon, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career.

Position Highlights :

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours   Provide diagnostics, patient counseling, and hearing aid fittings Opportunity to help build a pediatric program   Travel to multiple clinic locations in Southern Illinois (mileage reimbursed)   Strong support staff for seamless patient care and administrative ease   Open to new graduates—mentorship and training provided!

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Audiologist Compensation : $100,000 base salary + commission (15% of private pay sales exceeding $125,000 per quarter) Hearing Aid Specialists Compensation : Competitive base + performance incentives $15,000 signing bonus   Student Loan Repayment Program   Relocation assistance   IRA / 401(k) matching   Healthcare coverage reimbursement   3 weeks PTO + paid holidays   CEU reimbursement : $1,000 / year   Professional fees reimbursement : $500 / year   Malpractice insurance covered   Education assistance program : $5,250 / year This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate hearing care provider who wants to grow with a supportive, patient-focused practice.
