Job Title : Crane Technician

We are seeking skilled Crane Technicians to travel within a three-hour radius of Houston and occasionally across the country to visit client sites. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting overhead cranes and hoists, and requires performing electrical, mechanical, and fabrication repairs and installations.

Must Haves

• 5+ years experience performing repairs and / or installations of cranes.
• Ability to fabricate and weld structures.
• Capability to perform inspections to OSHA / ANSI criteria.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical circuits.
• Proficiency in mechanical installations and maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism as this is a customer-facing role.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Willingness to travel.
• Clean driving record and possession of own basic hand tools.
• Good job tenure.

Work Environment

You will travel within a three-hour radius of Houston to client sites, and occasionally throughout the U.S. as needed. A company truck will be provided for travel, which can be taken home. For travel outside of Houston, a per diem of $185 / night is provided. The role involves 50-hour work weeks starting between 5-7am, consisting of 10-hour days from Monday to Friday and weekends as needed. Requirements include passing a DOT physical, a 10-panel hair follicle drug test, and maintaining a clean driving record.

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $87360.00 / yr.
