Job Responsibilities and Required / Preferred Skills and Requirements

The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services for patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and general debility conditions. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, treatment planning, implementing individualized therapy programs, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team that includes OT and ST. The therapist will manage a maximum of 8 patients per day, with one-hour treatment sessions.
