What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

At least 5 years of experience in software development, with 2+ years leading development teams or serving as a technical lead.

What Sets You Apart

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering preferred

Demonstrating proficiency in managing client needs

Excelling in front-end and back-end development

Designing cloud-ready architectures in Azure, AWS, or GCP

Utilizing microservices and containerized solutions

Understanding data modeling in relational and NoSQL systems

Familiarity with DevOps automation and CI / CD pipelines

Leading diverse teams through complex delivery cycles

The salary range for this position is : $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
