Trillium has an immediate opening for an Industrial Sales Manager in the Appleton, Fond Du Lac, Oshkosh area!

Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
• Position reports directly to the Branch Manager
• Meet and exceed your Branch Manager's expectations
• Frequent travel within the territory for sales meetings and prospecting, as well as periodic meetings at the Milwaukee branch office

Compensation :

$60,000-$65,000 base salary + commission + bonus

Commission averages $30,000 the first year

Guaranteed commission of $2,000-$2,500 for the first 6 months

Quarterly bonus potential of $2,500

Total annual compensation averages $100,000-$105,000

Qualifications :

B2B sales experience with prospecting

Cold calling experience in the industrial and manufacturing fields

Strong technical aptitude to learn about industrial equipment

Capital equipment experience is a plus, but not required

Must have a current / valid driver's license with a clean record
