Engagement Manager Data Aggregation

A company is looking for an Engagement Master, Data Aggregation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client activities and support to ensure successful utilization of data aggregation solutions

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and aligning solutions with internal teams

Analyze customer requirements and develop functional resolution tools while presenting performance updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in data aggregation, preferably with patient-level data

3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

2+ years in a customer success, program, or project management role

Experience with SQL for querying tables

Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Applications, especially Excel
